Worse experience ever!! They are very unprofessional and scam renters. They made us take a look at a unit, without power and said all the appliances were in working order. Once we hooked up the power, the air conditioner didn’t work and neither did the fridge. They refused to fix anything for us. They left our move in keys on the front door of the apartment (for anyone to come and take) and told us to pick it up there. We paid our rent to them and our landlord (realtor from Ellen’s) moved off island. We decided to move, since the air conditioner was broken and so was the fridge. They promised our deposit back, told us it was deposited (which it never was) and continued to ignore us. We contacted Ellen herself who said, she would do everything in her power to help us… yet, when it came to this, she said that her company had nothing to do with it and would not pay us the money that was promised and owed to us. We rented the unit from them… paid our deposit and rent to them… and they said they aren’t in charge of our property all of a sudden. HORRIBLE PEOPLE WORKING THERE! Including the owner ELLEN herself. I advise to never rent or buy property from them. They will scam you for every last penny and not even care. Just fair warning!!!
