My IPhone 6 got amazingly hot last night and stop working. I haven’t been able to turn it on again, since that happen. I have precios information and pictures in my device and I wouldn’t like to lose them. Can you repair it?
I just had my iPad4 serviced with Simple Solutions… initially I thought the rates were pricey, but then I shopped around and found the OEM screen I got paired with the labor was a great deal. The technician had a long history of apple product repair and the job was done in less than 24 hours. I was able to get my iPad the next day and payed a good price. I immediately dug up my broken Samsung S4 and called for another repair… again the turn around time and rate were by far, the best in Guam.

I was given an iPhone 5 but cannot access without the original iCloud activation id/password. Can you restore this phone to factory settings so I can use my current Apple ID or iCloud ID?
