This place is below level of professional auto shop !!! They should take their business license away !!! What a ripoff lousy customers service, unprofessional staff.
I agree with Art. DO NOT use this establishment for any reason. RUN RUN RUN – The staff are incompetent and just do not know what they are doing. Your car WILL BE in a lesser condition if you do let them work on it. This is the worst auto shop that I have ever used and I really do wonder how they manage to stay afloat – I am equally surprised that the Guam AG’s office has not shut them down due to their total dishonest and illegal dealings. Not only is their auto work really lacking, they serve as a front for some major drug dealing from what I understand.
I went to get my car inspected and was told by the young inspector that my struts did not pass inspection and neede to be replace before passing. Hwever, he was happy to inform methat Pacific Tyre was having a special on strut replecents for just $400 per strut!! Wow what luck!!
NOT!!! I took my car to a mechanic and told me that there was nothing wrong with my struts. DON’T take your cat to Pacific Tyre, they will rob you blind!!
