My father went into their office yesterday to inquire getting some fence work done. He said the lady who assisted him was very helpful but he was kind of annoyed how the other lady was loud on the phone. He said she was so loud that he knows a worker was injured at a site, he could hear her asking how the bollard rolled on his hand, that’s how loud she was, he said the lady assisting him had to apologize numerous times for asking him to repeat himself.
After hearing this from my father I had to write a review & came across this site and from reading all the other reviews it seems this company needs to train some of their staff members proper office etiquette.
Here’s a good tip: If you see a customer communicating with another worker, kindly use your inside voice (I’m sure we were all taught how to use our inside voice in elementary school), if you don’t know how to use your inside voice then I suggest you go to another part of the office or step outside to take that call.
PS. I hope the accident the worker called in was reported to OSHA/Workmans Comp.
Called this afternoon (10/5/2021) and it was difficult to understand the young (I’m assuming) lady over the phone with 2 other ladies & gentleman talking in the background. The poor lady had to repeatedly ask me to repeat myself, I think it’s very unprofessional to be talking over a worker when they are on the phone with a customer.
God bless the young lady why was patient & tried to understand what I was inquiring.
And then the whole process on getting a quote and starting a project is just down right ridiculous.
Up to 3months to start a project? But want my 5o% right away.

Waiting period is ridiculous. I was told in order to be placed on the schedule I’d have to put 50% down. After I paid my 5o%, I was told it could take up to 3months to start, START NOT COMPLETE my project. If it’s going to take UP to 3months to START, then why ask for 50% down? Are they using my deposit to finish the project before mine? When I asked for a refund it took them 3days to give me my refund.
I agree with Bertha671, i called to try and get a quote, and the lady who answered was rude as hell and told me call another number 633-8790, like WTH i was already on the phone with her, why couldn’t she just assist me? (very unprofessional), so when i called that number the lady who answered was more genuine than the 1st lady. I gave her all my information she requested. she did mention that it would take up to 2 weeks to get an estimate & I understand. Still waiting for estimate to be emailed.
I called to see if I can get anm quotation and the lady who answered gave me another number to call instead o⅞f just assisting since I was already on the phone.
The lady who actually took my call was helpful.
This company takes forever to respond to emails, and when they do, it’s unprofessional.
I’ve called a few times, and the ladies who answer are useless. They are not educated in customer service.
What’s the number to call for this business?
Do you offer free estimates?
By the way I don’t see a number or an address in this ad. How can I reach you then?
I had asked FenceMasters service for just a simple fencing job. They responded quickly and charge me a reasonable price.
