Took a 2002 Accord to be detailed and it came out great, almost looking like new. The $165 that we paid took care of the detailing, including the headlights and scotch guarding which would’ve cost another hundred elsewhere.
I brought in my car for detailing (mainly to remove an awful odor from the interior), I was assured by Malcolm Cruz that he could do it and even told him to keep my vehicle as long as he wanted to do the job..I chose the gold standard at $130.00 and received a call to pick up my vehicle the next day..was suspicious because they wanted me to pay first and Mr. Cruz was nowhere to be found. My car still smells and it only cost me $130.00 for a new car freshener…judge for yourself if you think this is a good business…I say I won’t be a returning customer.
After reading the negative reviews on here I made an appointment with another company – figured I was making a better decision. Well after taking off work I showed up for my appointment, which I made a week in advance, and they said they didn’t have tint in stock to do my vehicle. When I made my appointment they asked what color tint, kind of vehicle, and even gave an estimate so it wasn’t like they didn’t know I was coming. It also would have been nice if they could have called and let me know not to waste my time…..
ANYWAY I had the day off already so I figured what the heck try Pat’s. They took my car around 9 without an appointment. I walked to King’s ate some food, then to GPO and did some shopping, by 3 it was ready to pick up. They were very informative and helpful. A guy went over the entire vehicle again when I came to pick it up. I was very pleased with the work they did. They also vaccuumed my entire car, cleaned the outsides of the windows, and put an air freshener in the car. Nothing was missing….in fact they left a couple things for me instead…a tinter smoother and a charm thing that probably came off of someone’s clothes 🙂
Apparently they read these reviews and are absolutely ok with enhancing their services for the happiness of thier customers. I was extremely happy with the quality of the work. No bubbles anywhere and no peeling and its been about 6 months since we had it done.

Poor service all around. DO NOT GO TO PATS WINDOW TINTING!!!!!!!!!!
I do not recommend this company. I went to this company thinking that because they specialize in tinting and detailing, I would receive superior service.
-The tinting service wasn’t of good quality. You can tell that when the windows can be rolled down, you will see untinted portion of the window. They couldn’t even follow a simple request-I asked that they do not tint the front windshield and it was!
-They got my interior wet and it stained!
-They lost a piece of my door lock and when I questioned them, they insisted that the piece was never there.
I strongly recommend going to another tinting service on Guam. Truly disappointed!!
Terrible service and they stole from me. Never use this company. They should all be in jail.
