The hygienists are good. Dr. Yang is competent, but I now have to take an anxiety pill because every time I go in for a procedure that requires an injection, Dr. Yang has to shoot me at least 5 times for the numbness to take effect. NO JOKE. It’s not that he’s bad, but his bedside manners are somewhat lacking. He told me I would have a heart attack because my blood pressure was increased… during a procedure. It would have been handled more tactfully.
The reception…. some of the staff are great, while others just lack common sense and common courtesy. I was told, by his staff, to walk in on a Saturday to be seen because of an awful tooth ache. I get there and the person didn’t want to fess up or confront me face-to-face; she said through a third person that what she told me was that I would have to make an appointment and I must have misunderstood.
Good hygienists, but I’m looking for another dentist.
My experience to Dr Yang office was terrible. First and foremost I come there because i’m in excrusiating pain. Ok, he’s going to inject me, ok prepared. Damn, it hurts i shout. What he was doing is he literally pushed my tooth thats in pain to the side, ok i’m not numb yet, he pushes my painful tooth to the side to inject me. I felt abused and torchered. Instead of conforting me, he lectures me. I felt hurt, feeling treated differently, maybe beause i don’t have perfect teeth or maybe i’m not korean. But all i know is i would never walk back in that torture chamber again.
I love Dr. Yang! Everytime I come here, I just feel that I am his only client. His so patient and professional. I would highly recommended him to everyone.
